It is my pleasure to congratulate you on holding the IBRC 2023. I am Rika Wada, Executive director of the Biophilia Rehabilitation Academy (Japan), and I would like to take this opportunity to extend my experience and expectations for the future, dividing into encounters, experiences, and the future as my address. Encounter First, I explain my relationship with Pt. Kyoko Takizawa. She was my practical teacher who did this rehabilitation method, as I have presented at the 21 Japanese domestic conferences. One day, I went to see a functional training session and was so impressed with this system that I started buying equipment. Experience I then presented my feelings and experiences as a physical therapist, opening a rehab office using the program and its actual implementation. Herefrom Our meeting as an international academic society is returned after a three-year absence in this year. Now that we have completed our fundamental research, we are faced with the challenge in order to continue our efforts to contribute to humanity and promote the use of our technology. This year's meeting will mark a fresh start for the International Society. I am very grateful to Dr. Ushizawa, who will serve as the chair, for his support in finding order and truth in the vast amount of research data through the use of statistics. As we enter into an aging society we have never experienced before, I congratulate you on holding the first conference to disseminate methods to protect the independence of the elderly on a low budget.
