Dear colleagues!
It is our honor and pleasure to host International Biophillia Rehabilitation Conference 2020 in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. We see this event as a great opportunity to highlight the important needs for development of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation services and plan a future strategy in accordance with reality and nowadays opportunities.

Rehabilitation is an increasingly important health service in light of aging population. Currently, the need of rehabilitation services greatly exceeds its availability. In spite of the significant development of modern technology and robotics that offer substantial opportunities for rehabilitation, society faces a big challenge concerned with cost efficiency and needs for transdisciplinary approaches and insights

To make the next step in supporting people with disability in a modern world we need to ensure a greater integration of medical and social care system, strength of rehabilitation leadership and governance capacities and co-working of different authorities.
I strongly believe that conference planned may suggest an optimal mix of rehabilitation assistance for countries with different economic level and offer all participants the occasion for enriching and fruitful knowledge exchange.
